About Councillor Tony Latter
I’m a dedicated community leader committed to delivering positive outcomes for local residents. I focus on transparency, collaboration, and practical solutions, and work hard to make sure the voices of our community are heard and valued. My passion for building a safer, more connected, and vibrant region is at the heart of everything I do.
Values-Driven Leadership
I lead with integrity, accountability, and a deep respect for community. My approach is guided by strong core values—putting people first, making decisions transparently, and always aiming for long-term benefits over short-term gains. I believe genuine leadership means listening, acting with purpose, and staying true to the principles that build trust and unity.
Building a Better Community
I’m committed to creating a stronger, more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. From improving local infrastructure to supporting small businesses and community groups, I work closely with residents to deliver practical, people-focused solutions. My goal is to help build a connected, safe, and sustainable future for all.

Centre Against Domestic Abuse (CADA)
The Centre Against Domestic Abuse (CADA) is Moreton Bay’s specialist service for domestic and family violence support, assisting over 20,000 people each year. CADA provides crisis intervention, safety planning, counselling, court support, and outreach services, as well as transitional housing and tailored programs for children and young people. Their work extends to early intervention, behaviour change programs, and community education aimed at preventing violence and building awareness. CADA also supports frontline professionals through training and collaboration to strengthen the broader response to domestic and family violence. I’m proud to serve as President of the Board for an organisation doing such vital work in our community.
Red Ride
Red Ride – Ride Against Domestic Violence is an annual motorbike event I founded in 2021 with the Rotary Club of CAboolture to raise awareness and funds to support those affected by domestic and family violence. It brings together riders from across the region to stand in solidarity, spark important conversations, and show visible community support for change. Each year, the ride grows in numbers and impact, helping to raise thousands of dollars for local initiatives. Red Ride is more than just a ride – it’s a statement that violence has no place in our homes or our communities.
Snap Send Solve is a free app that makes it easy to report local issues like potholes, graffiti, broken footpaths, or illegal dumping. Just snap a photo, add a location, and the report is sent directly to the right authority—often your local council—for action. It’s a quick and simple way to help keep your community safe, clean, and well-maintained.
