Councillor Tony Latter

Below is a overview of achievements, which displays a rich diversity of experience where I have learnt a balance of approach and delivery, that often gives me the edge in realizing outcomes and achieving results. I am passionate about strategic management for financial and social outcomes, to see best results for the wider community.

I seek purpose driven roles that achieve real results and often find myself in leadership, crises response and high stress positions. Including Councillor, Child Safety and crisis management with at-risk youth, dealing with complex and escalated situations.

With a combination of social, business and government experience I have a very unique work experience, which has led to being a director on governance boards, holding advisory positions as well as numerous Chair and Vice Chair roles.

As a father of 3 boys, I aim to instill an attitude of giving, excellence in delivery, work ethic and excelling in a chosen line of work. I am constantly looking for ways to upskill and further develop what I have to offer, which as led me to be a part of peak bodies such as Institute of Community Directors Australia and Advisory Board Centre.
